Q1: What do I need to enter the show?
A: You will need an visitor ticket and business cards. Please apply for the visitor ticket from the following website.
Q2: Can I enter concurrent show as well?
A: You can enter concurrent show ("JAPAN'S FOOD" EXPORT FAIR) with the same ticket.
Q3: How many people can enter the show per visitor ticket?
A: Each visitor ticket allows entry for one person only.

Q6: Is Floor Map available before the show?
A: The Floor Map will be available on the website around two weeks prior to the opening date of the show.
Q7: Is a visa necessary to enter Japan?
A: Show Management does not support VISAs for visitors. Please refer to the "Guide to Japanese Visas" on the website of The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan:

Please note that the necessity of a visa varies by nationality of the visitors. For particular details, please contact your nearest Japanese diplomatic mission directly.

Q9: Is there free Wi-Fi available at the show?
A: Internet access is available at the "Overseas Lounge" during the show which is located within the exhibition.

Q10: Can I leave my luggage at the venue?
A: Yes. Cloakrooms and coin lockers are available on-site. Please refer to the floor map of the show venue.
Q11: Can I take pictures at the venue?
A: Recording and photography is strictly prohibited at the exhibition halls and seminar rooms other than authorised press visitors with a press badge.
