Exhibitors
Request for Exhibiting Information via the online request form.
Submit the Exhibiting Information Request Form or contact the Show Management. After that, the Show Management will send you the requested exhibiting information materials.
There is no specific deadline for the submission. Please be informed that the booth will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis, and when it reaches its capacity, we will close the application process accordingly.
It varies depending on the booth size and exhibit products. If you would like to know the cost estimation, please feel free to contact us.
Please check the following for your reference:
a. Raw Space Booking
b. Display Cost (Construction Fee, Furniture, etc.)
c. Other Expenses (Printing catalogues, promotional goods, etc.)
There are several Rental Display packages for exhibitors. All the packages include basic furniture, electrical service, etc., as well as booth construction and removal fees. For detailed information, please contact Show Management.
Yes. Please contact the Show Management for the latest booth availability.
Yes, but please do not distribute them outside your booth area.

Visitor registration (free) is required.
※ Please note that every visitor is required to register in advance.
Once you have completed your visitor registration, you will receive your exclusive "visitor badge" and a "viisitor badge exchange QR code" by email three weeks before the exhibition.
Please print your visitor badge in colour in A4 size and bring it to the exhibition venue.
Printers are also available at the exhibition venue for those who cannot print. Please show the "visitor badge exchange QR code"at the reception counter.
Badge holders are available at the exhibition. Please insert this badge into the badge holder before entry.

You can enter the concurrent show ("JAPAN'S FOOD" EXPORT FAIR & JFEX) with the same badge.

Children under the age of 18 must have the consent of “Participation of the children”, “Privacy Policy”, “Participation Policy for the Event or the Seminar” by their legal guardian and be accompanied by a legal guardian or an adult aged 18 or older to enter the show. Please register yourself in advance if you plan to accompany child(ren) on the day of the show. Please visit Show Management office on the day of the show for the registration of the child(ren). Each legal guardian or adult aged 18 or older may accompany up to five children. If you wish to bring six or more children, please contact Show Management in advance. Please note that admission of children may be declined under certain circumstances.

A: Please visit “Press Registration” page and follow the procedure.
Once the registration is confirmed you will receive an e-mail directly from Show Management about the on-site registration procedures at the press room. Once you have registered on-site, you will receive a press badge which will allow your entry into the show to carry out press activities. If you have not completed your online registration in advance, Show Management may decline your on-site registration, so please ensure to register online in advance.

A: Upon on-site registration at the press room, please collect an arm band from the press receptionist and wear it at all time when carrying out any photography or filming. If you would like to take a bird's eye view photo or video of the show ground, please contact the PR representatives of the show in advance.
