Registration & Admission
A: Visitor registration (free) is required.
* Please note that every visitor is required to register in advance.
Once you have completed your visitor registration, you will receive your exclusive "visitor badge" and a "viisitor badge exchange QR code" by email three weeks before the exhibition.
Please print your visitor badge in colour in A4 size and bring it to the exhibition venue.
Printers are also available at the exhibition venue for those who cannot print. Please show the "visitor badge exchange QR code"at the reception counter.
Badge holders are available at the exhibition. Please insert this badge into the badge holder before entry.
* For those whose job titles are Manager or above.
A: You can enter the concurrent show (JFEX - Japan Int'l Food & Beverage Expo & Food LogiX) with the same badge.
A: Each visitor badge allows entry for one person only. For additional badges, please register from the following link.

A: Children under the age of 18 must have the consent of “Participation of the children”, “Privacy Policy”, “Participation Policy for the Event or the Seminar” by their legal guardian and be accompanied by a legal guardian or an adult aged 18 or older to enter the show. Please register yourself in advance if you plan to accompany children on the day of the show. Registration for the children is not required. Please speak to the staff at the venue on the day of the show for the participation of the children. Each legal guardian or adult aged 18 or older may accompany up to five children. If you wish to bring six or more children, please contact Show Management in advance. Please note that admission of children may be declined under certain circumstances.
A: This show is a trade show for business. Please understand the purpose of the show and register in advance if you are 18 years or older.

Travel & Visa

Please note that the necessity of a visa varies by nationality of the visitors. For particular details, please contact your nearest Japanese diplomatic mission directly.

At the Venue
A: Wi-Fi is available at the "Premium Buyer Lounge" and some other lounges located within the exhibition hall.

A: Coin lockers are available on site. Please refer to the floor map of the show venue.
A: Recording and photography is strictly prohibited at the exhibition halls other than authorised press visitors with a press badge.

For the purpose of visitors to request appointments before the show, you may use it and contact exhibitors directly.
