Who Qualifies as a Hosted Buyer?

We are inviting top-level professionals from the food and beverage industry who are actively sourcing Japanese food products.

Eligible applicants include:

Senior decision-makers with purchasing authority
Representatives from leading companies in F&B industry
Companies with a purchasing budget for this show.

All applicants must:

Have a strong interest in sourcing Japanese food products.
Attend a minimum of 10 pre-scheduled meetings with matching exhibitors
Agree to the Terms & Conditions of the Hosted Buyers Program.

How to Apply?

Step 1: Pre-registration

Submit the application form from below.

Step 2: Screening by Show Management

After applying, Show Management will conduct a screening process. This screening may take up to two weeks.

Step 3: Notification of Selection as an Invited Buyer

Once the screening is complete, buyers deemed suitable for the program will receive an official invitation as a Hosted Buyer.

Step 4: Complete Formal Application

Buyers who receive the official invitation must complete the formal registration process. This includes submitting a signed agreement to the TERMS & CONDITIONS.
